How many Irish
dancers will I get?The standard format is four
dancers per show, in the vast majority of cases that fits
perfectly. The numbers can be increased on request, usually at
an extra pro rata cost per dancer.
>Top
How long do they dance for?
The standard show is for up to thirty minutes.
>Top
Do they perform
in Irish dance costume? The most popular outfits
requested by our bookers and clients are similar to those worn
in the Riverdance show, which has become standard. We can
provide dancers in full traditional Irish dancing outfits on
request.
>TopAre
they all female? Not always, at least one male
dancer is often included, we can also tailor the mixture to your
specifications. Just let us know when you make your booking.
>TopHow much does it
cost?Fees start at £590 inclusive, full details on
the options
here.
>Top
Do they interact with the crowd as part of the
show? Yes, that's automatically included (unless you
prefer otherwise).
How far will the Irish dancers travel to and where are they
based? We can send acts anywhere to venues
and functions in both the UK and abroad. We work on the
principle of 'distance is no object'.
>Top
Do they perform anything like 'Riverdance' in their show? Yes, the displays would be somewhat similar
but choreographed in their own style and origination. This can
be varied on request at the time of
booking. Whilst performing via our agency our shows and dancers
have no direct connection with 'Riverdance' or similar shows,
but many of the dancers have performed and continue to perform
in these shows professionally.
>Top
What age are your
Irish dancers?Normally the dancers are aged from their late
teens to mid 20's.
>Top
What do I need
to provide on the night? The dancers will need a room
to change into their costumes and the dance area needs to be
clear during their show. They will bring their own backing
tracks on an Ipod and they would usually play their
music through a PA system that's already part of the function
provided by a live music act or DJ.
>Top
Can I go and see the dancers perform before I book them?
That's not usually possible because the vast majority of
functions that our Irish dancers perform at are private
functions such as weddings and corporate events.
>Top
We'll have our own Irish ceili band at our function, can your dancers perform to their music? This is not
recommended as each set of Irish dancers will have rehearsed and
performed to a specific set of tunes that would also be in a
strict tempo to which they are accustomed to. In certain
circumstances dancing to live music can be arranged, but would
probably require a rehearsal with the band and the dancers
before the event. This would involve extra cost.
>Top
How is my
booking confirmed and paid for?Full details on the
booking process and how fees are paid can be found
here.
>Top
How far ahead do I need to make a booking? There's no
set time but it's always best to book up as far ahead as
possible. We do however, often arrange performances at short
notice.

hire at the function where required.

Our Irish dancers have performed on many BBC and ITV shows
featuring celebrities such as Ant and Dec, Paddy McGuinness,
Louis Walsh to name a few.
Can we join in?
A
standard finale to the dancers show is to get some of
the guests to join them in an easily arranged display of
dancing. It never fails to add greatly to the event:
- Many of our dancers have performed
professionally in shows such as 'Riverdance' and
'Lord of the dance'.
- Weddings are the most popular type of event
where our dancers are booked.
- All bookings are subject to written contract for
your peace of mind.
How is the music provided?
The
dancers bring their own backing tracks along on an ipod,
which is played through the on site pa used by the DJ or
band at the event.
We can also provide a
pa for hire if
required as well as a live Band for your event.
You can
check out our live acts
here and find out
more about our pa hire
