Brady's Irish dancers are one of our most regularly
booked and popular acts. Many of our
dancers are of World Championship class and have performed on an
international level in shows such as 'Lord of the Dance' and 'Riverdance'.A standard show is a continuous Irish dancing display of 30
minutes, which is accompanied by a selection of Jigs, Reels and
Hornpipes. Several of our Irish dancing displays also carry a "Riverdance
tribute" in their show.
Celtic Party are the ideal group for Weddings and Parties
where a mixture of age groups and musical tastes need to be catered
for. They have a superb selection of old Irish classics and
traditional tunes as well as some great versions of up to date Irish
covers. There forte is also doing great renditions of contemporary
pop covers and hits from the past. They always aim to please the
crowd and work hard to get all involved!
Daithi is our long standing Bagpiper who performs regularly for us at weddings, funerals and private functions. His Irish and Scottish repertoire is vast and eclectic, reflecting his dedicated passion for the Bagpipes and their rich heritage. He performs in full Irish regalia and traditional Irish kilt. Where required he also performs in Scottish uniform. The Pipes are an ideal way of adding that something special and memorable to any occasion.
Donegal Express are one of our more versatile acts who are able to cross over from lots of your all time Irish favourites and singalongs into covers of more contemporary Irish artists such as The Pogues and Christy Moore. They also include a great selection of country favourites and up to date pop covers, as well as some superb fiddle tunes to get the crowd out on the floor for the Siege of Ennis, etc. They generate a great atmosphere and are an ideal choice for weddings and private parties.
Jacket Spuds are undoubtedly one of our most popular Traditional Irish ballads and tunes acts, who have been regular performers through our agency for several years, and as popular as ever. They can play a wide range of the old Irish favourites and standards, as well as an excellent selection of Jigs, Reels and Hornpipes. Apart from their duo and three piece they can also perform as an excellent Ceili band where required, with or without a caller.
The Kilburn Cowboys are a lively eclectic bunch of performers who have a wide Irish repertoire to accommodate all tastes, with a excellent range of ballads and songs, as well as a blend of country music and traditional tunes to keep your wedding, private function, pub or club in full swing! Their setlist covers everyone from Hank Williams to The Dubliners! An ideal choice for weddings and parties. They were a great hit on our Irish Baltic Cruise weeks and one of our most booked acts.
The McGhee Brothers are essentially John
McGhee on guitar, vocals and fiddle along with any one of a host of
superb musicians who John has on board for his duo and band gigs.
John is an accomplished session musician who has recorded and
performed with some of the greats in the Irish Music scene,
including Shane McGowan amongst many. John does not perform exclusively Irish material and is well
matched for a younger type crowd who like their
entertainment varied to include lots of pop covers,
past and present.
Pauline Smyth is one of several Harpists on our books who has a vast range of tunes both Irish and contemporary, to cater for every occasion and function. The Irish harp is an ideal instrument for background music at all kinds of functions including corporate functions, weddings and promotional events. Pauline's forte is her ability to play to suit all occasions.
Robbie Love is probably one of most versatile Irish music acts with a songlist spanning not only all areas of Irish material you can think of! But, he also has an enormous selection of songs from all genres including The Eagles, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Oasis, etc! Although his show is mainly Irish, he can be on hand to 'mix' things up a bit where needed. Robbie's duo was also a great hit with our recent Irish Music Cruise weeks on the Baltic and we highly recommend him!
Rock and Paddy are one of our most booked acts. With a great mixture of Irish covers in a contemporary style covering every genre of Irish material ranging from 'The Saw Doctors', 'The Waterboys'. 'U2', 'Van Morrisson' and with an enormous mixture of pop covers. They augment their excellent musicianship with tastefully produced backing tracks and are an ideal choice for a younger crowd and weddings where all tastes need to be catered for.
The Scatterjacks are a vibrant talented four piece Ceili outfit with excellent vocals, as well as great lively style of playing that befits any occasion where an Irish ambience is required. They concentrate on pleasing the crowd and keeping the atmosphere alive and kicking! A great choice for corporate events and weddings.
Sean Brady is a seasoned, accomplished recording artist and entertainer on the Irish circuit, with a wide assortment of material crossing over from all of your old Irish favourites, into cover versions of recordings by everyone from Big Tom to Christy Moore, The Dubliners and the Wolfetones.
Sean has played across the globe and is also a successful
songwriter and recording artist in his own right. He performs regularly as a solo act as well as in duo and band mode. He also plays his hits such as 'The Thatcher Song' & 'De Valera' on request at gigs.
Shamrock & Thistle have sold over 120,000 albums worldwide and specialise in a great Celtic mixture of classic Irish and Scots favourites with the emphasis very firmly on cheerful and lively entertainment, but include also lots of the great classics from 'Annie Laurie' to 'Danny Boy'.
